Delivery Fee & Minimum Order

  • Delivery Fee: A flat rate of $20.00 applies to eligible orders.
  • Minimum Order: A minimum order value of $100.00 is required for delivery. Orders under $100.00 must be picked up from the store.

Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Monday through Friday only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends.
  • Delivery Time: All orders are delivered the Next Business Day between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM (AEST).

Payment & Guarantee

  • Prepaid Orders: All Christmas orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
  • Guaranteed Weight: Your product is guaranteed to meet the ordered weight. If it is slightly heavier, you will not be charged extra.
