OUR MISSION

A Modern-Day Butcher Butchery Specialising in 100% Australian Grass-Fed Beef and Lamb, Free Range Chicken and Ethically Raised Pork. The two founders have a rich history in the industry with Paul being a 3rd Generation Butcher, and Lach being a 5th Generation Australian Farmer f. The two combined to bring a new-age approach to the Meat Industry. Quality Meat, Sausages and Pre-Made Meals.



Paul Brady
Hailing from from County Meath in Ireland, Butchery is in Paul's blood, and it shows in his success and acclamations. A formidable member of the Australian Butchery Team, The Australian Steelers for a number of years. Most recently competing in the Worlds Butcher Challenge in 2018 held in his home country of Ireland. Paul famously made THE sausages that won 2 categories of The Worlds Best Sausage. On top of that, he also won Gold at the Meatstock Butchery Challenge for NSW.
Working in almost every role throughout the Industry, Paul is one of the stalwarts of the Australian Butchery Industry.


Lach- Located in Prime Beef Production in Northern America

Lach Marshall
Partnered with Paul is Lach, hailing from his family farm in Central Western NSW. Young and Enthusiastic about Agriculture and the integrations of the industry, Lach entered the Butcher Industry with plentiful knowledge under his belt about the production of meat in Australia and Internationally, having worked in Beef and Lamb Production across North America. Recently, Lach has taken to social media under the account name @themeatmarshall to help educate the public on meat knowledge through comedic short videos. Totalling over 150k followers on tiktok and Instagram, and receiving over 1 Million views on many videos.

Using the wealth of knowledge from the two sides of the Industry, Lach and Paul set about forming a strict criteria to select the Suppliers of Butcher Bag meat. 
Focusing on Quality and Sustainability, the criteria allowed for the selection of the highest quality produce in the Country.
All Butcher Bag meat is 100% AUSTRALIAN
With the Beef and Lamb being 100% Grass-Fed
The Chicken is all Free-Range from RSPCA approved suppliers
And the Pork is from suppliers exclusively tied with ethical and sustainable pork production, in fact all of our Pork suppliers have won awards for leading the industry in these areas. 
We understand the modern customer wants to know exactly where their meat comes from, and whether it is produced in the highest ethical and sustainable standards, so we've done all of the hard work for you.
