This Aussie classic has been fully trimmed and butterflied with the bone removed to make your life easier when preparing it and cooking it. Its perfect for all seasons as either a Sunday roast at 180 degrees for 45 min or on the Barbeque for 20 min each side on low heat on the flat plate and you have yourself another crowd pleaser.
