These Crumbed Pork Cutlets are professionally hand crumbed in a Japanese style gold crumb with cracked black pepper, parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
We exclusively source our Pork from Rivalea Australia Farms based in the Riverina of regional NSW as they are World renowned for their Animal Welfare. Rivalea are consistently environmentally sustainable in their production and therefor provide the highest Quality Pork.

Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees or heat up a small amount of oil in a fry pan.
- If baking then place the cutlets on a baking tray and cook for 30 min or until golden brown and flip them over half way through to ensure even cooking. If shallow frying cook for 15 min each side on a medium heat until cooked through and golden brown on each side.
