Our Veal Schnitzel has been skilfully hand crumbed in plain white crumbs. This traditional Austrian Cuisine is best cooked either Deep Fried or Pan Fried.
All of our beef is sourced from 100% Australian farms that specialize in Grass Fed animals, with high Animal Welfare standards. Using our intergenerational knowledge, we hand selected a small handful of Suppliers from around the best producing parts of Australia, to exclusively source our beef from.
