Cooking Instructions:

- Bring steak to room temperature before cooking.
- Heat a cast-iron pan over high heat with a drizzle of oil.
- Season generously with salt and cracked black pepper.
- Sear for:
- 2-3 minutes per side for rare
- 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare
- 4-5 minutes per side for medium
