Cooking Instructions:

  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes for an even char.
  3. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

🔥 Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Place kebabs on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

🔥 Air Fryer (Quick & Easy)

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Place kebabs in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serving Suggestions:
