Our Lilydale Free Range Chickens are butterflied and hand marinated in our Gluten Free Lemon and Oregano Glaze. Garnished with a lemon for the Authentic Greek Taste Experience 

Cooking Instructions 

1. Pre-Heat Oven to 180oc for 5 minutes
2. Use a lined baking tray.
3. Remove chicken from all plastic coverings, 
4. Place in oven and cook for 45 Minutes.

Feeds 4 adults. Minimum 1.2kg
