Our Honey Mint Rosemary Butterfly Lamb Leg is made from premium free-range Australian lamb, expertly butterflied for even cooking and maximum tenderness. Marinated in a sweet and fragrant blend of honey, fresh mint, and rosemary, this lamb delivers a perfect balance of caramelized sweetness, herbaceous freshness, and rich lamb flavor. Cooking Instructions:

🔥 BBQ/Grill (For a Smoky, Charred Finish)

  1. Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat.
  2. Place lamb fat-side down and cook for 6-8 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Flip and cook for another 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temp reaches:
    • 52-54°C (126-130°F) for medium-rare
    • 58-60°C (136-140°F) for medium
  4. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

🔥 Oven-Roasted (For a Tender, Juicy Finish)

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Place lamb in a roasting tray and cook for 40-50 minutes, depending on preferred doneness.
  3. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

🔥 Pan-Sear & Oven Finish (For Maximum Flavor)

  1. Heat a pan over high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  2. Sear lamb fat-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Transfer to a 200°C (390°F) oven and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Rest before serving.
