Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.

Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 63°C / 145°F).
Rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat.
Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once.
Let rest before serving.
