Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160Ā°C (320Ā°F).
  2. Season the roast generously with salt, pepper, and optional herbs like rosemary and garlic.
  3. Place in a roasting pan and cook for 1.5 - 2 hours, or until internal temp reaches 63Ā°C (145Ā°F) for medium or 75Ā°C (165Ā°F) for well-done.
  4. Rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

šŸ”„ Slow-Cooked (For Fall-Apart Pulled Pork)

  1. Rub the roast with your favorite BBQ spice mix.
  2. Place in a slow cooker with Ā½ cup of broth or apple cider.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until fork-tender.
  4. Shred and serve in burgers, tacos, or with mashed potatoes.

  1. Preheat BBQ or smoker to 130Ā°C (265Ā°F).
