Our Grass Fed Sirloin Roast Beef is always a family favorite for Christmas. Paired with your favorite roast veggies and sides, this juicy and tender Roast will make even the most novice of cooks feel like a culinary King.
All of our beef is sourced from 100% Australian farms that specialize in Grass Fed animals, with high Animal Welfare standards. Using our intergenerational knowledge, we hand selected a small handful of Suppliers from around the best producing parts of Australia, to exclusively source our beef from. Allow 250grams per adult serve and 50 minutes per kilo cooking time @ 160oc – 180oc
