Our Free Range Pork Cutlets are delicately coated in our special marinade which offers complimentary flavours of Tamarind, Chilli and Lime. These Pork Cutlets are juicy and tender and can be either pan-fried or grilled on the Barbeque. All our marinades are Gluten Free and Preservative Free.

We exclusively source our Pork from Rivalea Australia Farms based in the Riverina of regional NSW as they are World renowned for their Animal Welfare. Rivalea are consistently environmentally sustainable in their production and therefor provide the highest Quality Pork.
