Our Thick BBQ Beef Sausages are made with premium Australian beef, blended with a perfect balance of natural spices for a rich, juicy flavor. Crafted fresh each week in our Kirrawee store, these sausages are low in fat, low in preservatives, and designed to deliver that classic, meaty bite every BBQ deserves. Whether grilled, pan-fried, or oven-baked, these sausages are a crowd-pleaser every time!
Cooking Instructions:
🔥 BBQ/Grill (For a Classic Charred Finish)
- Preheat BBQ or grill to medium heat.
- Cook sausages for 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes until evenly browned and cooked through.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
🔥 Pan-Fry (For Maximum Juiciness)
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned.
- Rest before serving.
🔥 Oven-Baked (For an Easy Hands-Off Method)
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place sausages on a lined baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway.
