Our Yearling Brisket is a deliciously flavourful cut that is best cooked Low and Slow. It provides a velvety and moist texture when either Casseroled, Stewed, Curried or Low and Slow Smoked on the Barbeque.
All of our beef is sourced from 100% Australian farms that specialize in Grass Fed animals, with high Animal Welfare standards. Using our intergenerational knowledge, we hand selected a small handful of Suppliers from around the best producing parts of Australia, to exclusively source our beef from.
