Cooking Instructions:
🔥 Slow-Cooked (For Ultimate Tenderness)
- Heat a heavy-based pot or slow cooker over medium heat with oil.
- Brown the chuck steak for 2-3 minutes per side to develop deep flavor.
- Add stock, wine, or sauce and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours in a slow cooker until fork-tender.
🔥 Oven-Braised (For Deep, Rich Flavor)
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Sear chuck steak in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Transfer to a roasting dish with stock, red wine, and aromatics (garlic, onions, rosemary).
