Our Free Range Yearling Osso Bucco is provides outstanding flavour to this traditional Italian Dish. When cooked Low and Slow you will be rewarded with luscious tender meat that falls off the bone and juicy Marrow.
All of our beef is sourced from 100% Australian farms that specialize in Grass Fed animals, with high Animal Welfare standards. Using our intergenerational knowledge, we hand selected a small handful of Suppliers from around the best producing parts of Australia, to exclusively source our beef from.
