Our Free Range Sirloin Roast is a premium addition to any Roast dinner. Roast in the oven and you will be rewarded with a juicy and tender roast that is a guarantee crowd pleaser.
All of our beef is sourced from 100% Australian farms that specialize in Grass Fed animals, with high Animal Welfare standards. Using our intergenerational knowledge, we hand selected a small handful of Suppliers from around the best producing parts of Australia, to exclusively source our beef from. Cooking Instructions:
1. Pre-Heat oven to 170 Degrees Celsius
2. Place Beef on a raised tray to circulate heat (Try herbs like garlic/rosemary underneath the meat)
3. Season with Salt and Pepper
4. Place in preheated oven and roast for 25 minutes per 500g
5. Rest for 10 minutes
