Our Yearling Sirloin Roast is a premium, tender cut sourced from young, grass-fed beef, known for its rich flavor, fine marbling, and perfect balance of lean meat and fat. This cut is ideal for roasting, reverse searing, or slow cooking, delivering a succulent and juicy result every time. Whether served as a classic roast or sliced into thick steaks, this sirloin is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
Cooking Instructions:
🔥 Oven-Roasted (For a Tender, Juicy Finish)
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Season the roast generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh herbs.
Sear in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Roast sirloin low and slow until internal temp reaches 48-50°C (118-122°F).
Heat a pan or BBQ to high heat and sear for 2 minutes per side for a crispy crust.
Rest before slicing.
🔥 Slow Cooker (For an Ultra-Tender Result)
Rub the sirloin with seasonings and olive oil.
Place in a slow cooker with 1 cup of broth or red wine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Slice and serve with gravy.
